Hi guys, I have a lvl 15 psychic and I was just sorta starting this thread to see what skills to lvl, As I get closer to lvl 19 I'm recognizing the skills I want and dont want at the moment but should I lvl my 19 skills?

and should I lvl the infamous "WATER DOT" lvl 19 skill?

    The water dot is pretty lame.. The knockback skill is worth it though. Ofc keep the 2 spamable skills maxed as this is the main damage output of the psych.
