Game keeps blinking

Not sure how to fix this but the game keeps blinking anyone else have this problem ? No way can i play the game like this and it won`t quit doing this- THX.

    This issue has been reported in several threads and yours will no doubt be moved to Technical Support Zone. Near as I can tell, this thread has been the most popular of those relating to the issue at hand.
