servers down?

my lil problem here:

Harshlands and Raging Tide servers just went flat here

when i click the "change server" button (and see the serv. list), I see that both these servers have a speed of: --- and connect of: --- all other servers show numbers here.

even stranger, I asked a friend of mine (who was playing on the server) if he could login on the Raging tide. He could(and doesnt live far from me).

what I did: I logged out to change my chars looks. Suddenly i got the "connection link is disconnected, please logout" message (or sth like that). well ok, I tried to finish up first, as I could still do that. then i click the OK button and all i saw was my char's head and no UI around it(all hte editing windows and such). so i pressed the mgic buttons: CTRL-ALT -DELETE
and shut the game down like so. then when i tried to reconnect, I couldnt :(.


any1 can help me pls? :O

    Read the threads about graphic problems with new race, may be its the answer. They trying to fix something may be.

    haha READ MY MSSG :P i got a friend near me who IS able to connect as he was playing on ragin tide as i told him my problem. so its not that the whole serv is down to evry1. still thx for leaving a response so soon ^^

    harshlands just got back to my serv list.. hmm maby it will return soon, but y did it go down for me?

    found sth. new maybe... Harslands went down again (grrr) but it seems like all the EAST servs seem to have trouble with connecting to me.. (ragin tide/harshlands down, Dreamweaver has 93ms all the others have 188 ms)

    how can it be that i can't connect to those servers while my friend here CAN O.o help meee plz >.<

    I am having a similar problem. Except ALL of my servers are showing that they are down. When I checked the PWI site it was showing Sanc and Harsh down but in my server list on the client ALL of them were down. Now PWi says all are working yet I still can not get onto any server.

    ok lucky me, they are all up now... too bad for you Mah :/ perhaps waiting a while will get them back.. dunno rlly :x i'll let u know if anything goes wrong again

    Yeah i am having the exact same problem as u Mahleigh i went to check the site and all teh servers are up but when i try to login a message comes up saying [unable to connect to server] this sucks can somone plz help???

    Same problem here - everything looks like it's down to me... I read another thread where a GM said this may be due to too many people logging in at once, though.

    It just says "Unable to connect to server" when I'm trying to log in, no matter what server I try.

    i always force log in if it has it and it always works and try it like 5 times if it doesnt work then i guess u cant get it but always works for me b:victory

    I've already reinstalled the entire client and it STILL gives me the exact same error message. I've created the exception for PWI on my firewall but I still get that message...
