There does seem to be an issue as you guys have reported, and it has been passed on to be looked into.

Please be patient, and send in a ticket to customer support. Give them a link to this thread in your ticket for their reference.

fashion preset slots went from 20 down to 16.

    You can expect a new cash shop items to appears soon to allow you to raise it to 20 or more again.

    thats bull. and that'd be totally unacceptable. i already paid to get it to 80 slots and 20 presets. i'm not paying more to get what i already paid for..

    Bad enough my presets got wiped - but they felt inclined to cut my number of presets by a quarter . . . LOVE to hear the reasoning behind that. I had 12 before maint, I have 9 after. I don't think it's asking to much to know why. . .

    Pre-patch I bought 3 wardrobe stones to be able to have 12 keys fully mappable. Now there are only 9 available.


    Anyone else seem to have the same Issue?

    I might be seeing the same thing. I have enough space in my wardrobe for 3 stones (starter + 2 additionals), and 9 slots for sets. Perhaps it was reduced to a straight 3 per stone.

    Maybe I should submit a ticket about this too...

    Along with this, all my presets are cleared which was surprising to see.

    Same problem here as well went from 4 exchangeable outfits to 3. Had only bought one wardrobe stone in the past.

    Ok...I know I posted on this one before or one very like it. I've seen the same thing with my character that I've lost 3 preset slots and they were all cleared. ._.;

    This. Absolutely this. Me, I'm a fairly tolerable person in many parts of this game, but I already paid for what I wanted, and now it's like PW took it away and demanded more money FOR THE SAME THING that I wanted.

    This is just ridiculous, period.

    Again my original post eaten by forum gremlins about this mess up...I had 4 available outfit slots prior to Tide Born release and now I am down to 3 available outfit slots... the number of articles I can place in my wardrobe though seems to be the same its just the number of outfits I can cycle thru. Not gonna submit a ticket on this until my Hair ticket is addressed for fear of placing them both at the bottom of the list of tickets to go thru.b:surrender

    I'm not too worried, obviosuly the wardrobe preset slots is now 3 per stone, instead of 4. Obviously it was a mistake. Perhaps out of the kindess of their hearts they're raise it to 5? Who knows. I'm sure it'll be fixed though :D

    5 would actually be more appropriate with the storage expansion =/ 4 wasn't enough as it was.

    i'd really like to hear from one of the gms if this was a bug or if it was intentional.

    same with me, and several other people i've spoken with. and i had to go in and put the outfits back in the slots where they had been....minus the fourth which is where i kept my best.

    I too would like to voice my dissent about losing a wardrobe slot.

    This was the first thread I have seen about it. I paid X amount of dollars to get Y number of slots. So if that number is decreased permanently by 25%, I would expect a 25% refund.

    16 Fashion slots, 4 pieces per set, so thats 4x4= 4 sets. This 3 set thingy doesnt make sence, unless you calculate the upcoming hats with it.

    16 Fashion slots, 5 pieces per set, so thats 3x5 + 1 = 3 sets + one random slot...

    Well I dont have any sleeves, and Im not planning on buying them hats, so I have space for 16/3 = 5 sets. Gimme my 4 sets pre slot thingy back b:angry

    I read through a few pages and dont see that anyones said if this will be fixed-I had 5 preset slots prior to tb, with the patch it reset to 3 slot, so i bought another stone as i was too lazy to submit a ticket and guess what? I still have 3 preset slots. Ridiculous- i really thought maybe beign a cash shop item it would be addressed in last nights patch.
