Light Mage build?

I don't understand this

I am coming to this game, and I want to follow this build, guide says..

To follow a light build, your STR and DEX must be your level +4, and 3 int every level.

So you put up 3 int every level, and now what with STR and DEX?

    This means if you're level 10 your str and dex should be 14. 10 + 4 = 14.
    Just put in 1str 1dex 3mag every level and it will come out to be exactly that.
    The doctor will see you now.

    It depends, if you want to deal MAX damage then go all MAG and put just enough STR in to use the weapons and armor you want.

    But i find hybrid is the best to go.

    Thats like ehh
    every 2 LVs

    First LV= 1str, 1vit, 3mag
    second= 1vit, 3 mag

    And then repeat, pretty easy. The second might be 2 in vit, not sure. Theres guides around you can read ;)
