for australians

i would like to know if australia sells the prepaid gold cards and such in our target stores.

    Am afraid not. The targets 7-11 in Australia do not sell them. Seems to be only available in the US and Canada.

    Canada doesnt even have Target stores.

    Sadly not, from past experience with localization it's because there are different regulations on such cards due to international and national laws.

    The reason why we have game cards for other games is that they are based around the Australian-specific version of the site and therefore can bypass international laws that interfere with getting an online service and/or payment service localized within the country. It'd take quite some time to even try and get through it if not rejected.

    That's why they're currently only available in US and Canada.

    Of course, it's a pity that they don't go through some internationally approved game card service that also makes use of PayPal as it's only blocked in a couple of countries which are blocked from PWI.

    I wish we did have them though, but at least we can still get pre-paid credit cards (depends on the type) or even have a specialized debit/credit account to go through the CS. (Sorry for the ramble). b:sweat
