simple WTF question

WTF do people ALWAYS KS AOE GRINDING, for the past 2 days EVERY SINGLE TIME i gather mobs up at petalli's to AoE them their either KS'd after their already gathered and i'm about ready to attack, or i miss a few of them and i go for them and somebody jacks all my drops. WTF does this ALWAYS keep freaking happening.

    already thought about it because i'm a PVP build cleric anyway but that's another 73 lvls i gotta go through in which annoy the hell out of me.

    can you out damage them? you could always try KSing some of their mobs till they get pissed and leave

    The reason they KS you in because you get upset and make posts about it on the forums. Chances are, they are watching this thread right now and laughing their KS-loving, trolling butts off.

    not sure about the jacked drops but usually where the petallis are, its pretty busy. You sure your not being overly greedy at a busy time?

    if only if only, they hit them right as I gather them, their also a cleric of my around my lvl so outdamaging them isn't as easy since i'm LA and pick survavibility over damage. they just kill 1 mob at a time away from where i lure at and once they see a group they hop on their little mount go over and hit the mobs as i organize them into one group. or if i hurry to kill and don't hit the entier group they just pick up all my drops not long after kills when i'm focusing on the remainder of the mobs still hitting me. tried to KS him but he don't seem to care because he still gets first shot and does more damage then me. yesterday it was a barb that AoE'd as i was still gathering so i couldnt really start that soon cause they waited till i got 5-6 so about 1/3 of my normal group and then killed and ran to intersept me as I gathered the remaining. he was a charmed 79 barb who did that pretty easily. maby if it was that simple but i'm only doing AoE so that i can justice, solo, and wanted 33 at the same time in a short time period. so that i got time to do 2 wanted 33's in the time frame of my 1 justice plus 3 solo quests but this seriously slows me down to 1v1 mobs which is needless to say about 4 times the mp consumption and 1/2 the killing speed.

    i'm not gathering them all, they were killing in their own little corner and i just gathered the remaining in the area since no other players were even there. so it wasn't being greedy because by the time they killed the 4th mob of the mobs there then they were re spawning already

    their werent many people around and i made sure to gather around where they were killing at as to not disturb or interfeer on their mobs. and just get the remaining ones which added to about 12-15 rather then the normal 20-25 that I get.

    lol, sheesh not like i'm that big of a jerk it just annoyed me that he did it intentionally, if he razord the edge when i was gathering i wouldn't have cared, but waiting for me to gather every single one before starting is what pisses me off. if you take the first set i get then go ahead, theirs still 8-10 more and that's still enough to be usefull to AoE but under 6-7 mobs at once i use more mp AoEing then i do 1v1ing. and the 2 main points is more mobs for less mp in a shorter time.

    lol the 10+ mobs cant even tick my heiro. and if i knew a pker was there i'd probably ask somebody to come along with me so that i wouldn't be bothered. lol i know plenty of people who love to pk campers and rpkers. that would uterly pwn me

    Time is on their side. Its not like you can always get someone to tag along with you. And if you can, then you won't be having this ks problem. Doesn't matter if 10 mobs won't tick... its enough of an advantage for the other side.

    that it is, but if i had somebody with me it wouldnt be fore KS issue it'd be for a pker. if somebody is helping me kill then alot less exp for me which kinda kills the part of 12-15 mobs being .5-.6 of my exp bar which would at that point be 12-15 mobs being .1 which i'd rather just 1v1 3-4 mobs in that time

    I'll admit, I have done this once (and stopped right after the person asked me why I stole her kills ;_;), because I thought the person was in trouble, lol. It didn't occur to me that she was fine and knew what she was doing, lol.

    A blademaster did that to me once when I was still on my cleric main. Luckily I had about 20+ at the time, so they died since I didn't do anything once I saw them approach the mass. Then I just went elsewhere until they were gone. Wish I had a lvl 1 res cleric alt near there at the time though :)

    It always happens. When i aoe on bm then some high lvls passing by kills them all with one hit and then say that they thought i would die..... If i aoe on veno then people think that every other mob to what my pet isn't attacking at that moment can be killed.

    lol this is one occurance and if they honestly didn't seem to mean any harm then I just go on my marry way. but when they actually do it intentionally then i just get annoyed. a good amount of the time the people who are BM's or non charmed barbs or somebody who can't take 15-20+ mobs stacking poison on them at once just end up dead and regretting that they even tried to interfere

    i lol at this. were nowhere near as weak as you guys think, and we have 3 AoE skills so it's not that hard. i can AoE grind non psn mobs but only 5-6 at a time withought kiting whcih isnt that effective in comparison to psn which I can purify and just use a Ironheart every now and then

    Hey ppl the OP is not QQing they are trying to solve an issue so back off. Venos w/ herc have the same problem.

    Try flying off leaving the troublemakers to tackle all the mobs at once. Then keep dragging flocks of mobs to them & flying off until they leave/die or both.

    I call out by name the offensive jerks that KS or steal drops in common chat or even world chat. Then I add their name to a list I keep. Anyone on that list will never be in squad with me, get my help, get a rez from me or anything else positive in the game. AND anyone who takes up for them & says I should quit QQing goes on that list too.

    Historically the best form of retribution to reform evil doers is making them a social outcast to be shunned by enough people until they get the idea that crime doesn't pay. Anyone who glorifies negativity should get the same treatment.

    Some people 'steal' your mobs because they think you are in trouble. As far as they know you just aggroed everything and are now trying to save yourself. They might think they are being helpful and that the drops are their rewards.

    Ummm like DUH... all mobs don't all die at one time.

    ie: even though people may RPK on PvP servers etc.. they know that there can be dire consequences down the road. If you steal loot or KS on a PvP server, you're likely to get ganked for it.
