Creating multiple character with same name?

Hi, i have Cleric with Name Sheyde as you see on avatar, and i wanna make Psyhic with the same name, i don't know is it illegal but i saw people who actually did something like this, they make 2 two characters but they had exactly same name. Does any of you know how to do this (if its even legal to do)b:sad

    Cant have 2 characters with same name.

    Try... Sheyde_ or add something else to it

    It's not possible. Most likely what you saw was a character with a name like taking advantage of similar characters such as a capital I looking identical to a lowercase L in game.

    dont think u can make the same name on the same server. It might look the same but there would be a difference.

    Example could be: Bowlinbob the cleric and BowIinbob the new character. (capital I's and lower case L's look the same ingame.)

    Technically this has never been possible, but I know where you got your idea from. What the other person said about L's and I's

    In game when you make names like EIla it looks kind of like Ella because lower case L and Upper case I look almost the same.

    Therefore, if someone had characters names EIla Ella EIIa or ElIa they would all look very similar.

    ON TOPIC: i think there are some charachters that are invisible or just incredibly small so it seems like its the same...

    A good way to do this is by adding a lower case x or i infront of it


    like the name i have xKiyoshi the original Kiyoshi was taken so I added a x people still call me Kiyoshi or Kiy to shorten it no one uses the x

    you can slo use underscores like _mysterypower_ or with x's and _'s so x_mysterypower_x or _xmysterypowerx_ b:victory

    Adding any non English characters into your name is not a good idea. Your game characters will need to be deleted if they are found to contain letters that are not permitted.

    That would really bite if someone worked real hard leveling their toon before they got deleted.

    My archer Izabeau is married to my RL bf's archer, Lycaeon. He also has a lvl 80 veno, Karmosin. So I made a "spouse" for Karm, lzabeau. So now Lycaeon is Izabeau's husband and Karmosin is lzabeau's wife.
    Had sooo many ppl confused with THAT marriage announcement, was spammed with tons of whispers     b:chuckle

    That happens to me all the time. I have ppl trying to pm me, but they don't spell my name right. They put a lowercase L in place of a capital i. Seriously, if they had any common sense, they'd know that hop toLt doesnt make sense and hop to it does. Sorry but that just drives me bonkers. LMAO b:surrender

    This isnt possible. It's illegal to create character names that can not be typed out on the Standard U.S. Keyboard layout. This rule doesnt apply to pet names or guild names, but since we often have to type out player names to comunicate with that, it is not allowed for player names.

    Yeah I have a veno with Lostin and a wizard with Iostin

    Except in game it looks like the I looks like a L
