How many BH can u accept each day?

Hi,
just these 2 days, i realised that i can onli seem to accept 1 bh per day, but b4 that i used to be able to accept 2. Normally i accept it after 12am of the server time, and complete it; then at 4am of server time, i can accept it again, thats what the pwi wiki says, and seem to work. but these 2 days, i accepted the first bh (completed it), but head hunter wont give out the 2nd one after 4am server time now.
Does any1 have similar experience as me? i am not sure, but did pwi just fixed the thing in these 2 days?

    i always have only 1 a day... -.-
    (2 if i didnt do my bh the day before)
    some lvls before i was able to get another one after lvlup... didnt work at 88..

    its a glitch to get 2 but if you roll the same boss as for the first bh you wont get 2 just 1
    its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that
    just try to be a good person

    english isn't my native language so there might be a few spelling/grammatical errors in my posts

    Damned Gaunob, always the same b:surrender
    u always need one of those rare furrballs for it :O

    79 can be entirely tanked by other classes >.>

    The lvl 70-79 BH, I could almost always pick up a second BH at 4am server time. But since hitting lvl 80, that's not been the case.

    Tonight i was unable to pick up a second ( i had completed the first well b4 the 4 hours) , it seems tho most other people in my lvl range did get a second . This has disheveled and confused me...

    because you ar in the 40 read your next bh good there stays(quest can only blablabla 1s a day)b:laugh
