Can you post a real screenshot?

Prnt Scrn button, and then look in your \element\screenshots game folder.

Make it a jpg, and upload it, then pst the link here.

    Also...

I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:
    dxdiag.jpg

    Thanks!

Try ASUS' support website for the latest drivers and such for your system.

If you don't like ASUS video drivers, you can get ones from nvidia.

    If Vista 64bit: http://www.nvidia.com/object/notebook_winvista_win7_x64_195.62_whql.html

Also, try updating Vista to Service Pack 2.

Okay, there's a couple of things that you can do in order to fix this.

    1. Head over to Nvidia's site so that you can download and install the latest drivers for your card. That should (key word = should) fix the issue with you being under water and not seeing your hair. I had the same issue and that fixed it for me.

    2. As for the screen resolution issue while in game, it's just that, a resolution issue. You might have to run the game in wide screen mode. That's accessible via the options while in game. Just note that when you run in wide screen mode, you'll have a letterbox above and below the screen. Very similar to when you watch a movie in wide screen on a "square" tv.

    I hope this helps ^.^

Hey I just went through this tonight, DO NOT start loading drivers. Check ur settings. Try and confirm, Try and Confirm. I just did this, and got the full screen using W7. So just try and confirm, you'll get it. If not let me know
