Viewable capes, and Scarfs?

During my low levels, which I'm still in, I got a cape drop, and was really excited because I thought it would look amazing on my Blademaster. Well, when I reached level 4, I equipped it. Only problem, it wasn't viewed on my character.
Now people might not find this to be a big deal, but I kinda do. Seeing its not a small item, like an amulet, or a ring. But a cape. And really should be viewable when worn.
Not only would it look really good, but the normal look of other characters, such as covered in armor, and robes, gets extremely boring. So maybe this can be a bit of an add to make capes viewable?
Also, a release of scarfs for the new upcoming Assassin class? (Which I have no idea as to when its coming out. If someone can tell me, much would be appreciated.)
I know, it might not seem like a big deal, but some people such as myself would like to not only give my character strong abilities, weapons, and wear good armor, but flashy armor as well. Along with nice accessories to compliment them. (Like viewable capes. Lol)
So what do you guys think? Good idea, or am I just spewing ****?

    Sorry. Didn't know. And the search button is kinda confusing to me, mostly because I don't use it too much, because most I used are busted.

    sounds like someone has been playing a little cabal :p but i agree it would be nice to see what we are wearing and possible make fashion interchangable with armor so you can kinda mix and match it personally what id like to see is a reduction i mounts because some of the walking in this game is unbearable at the lower levels and i feel 35$ is a lil to much for a low level mount
