The bank/auctioneer password

Hello all

I don't know my bankpassword and that is really annoying. I also can't put off any gear.

I already submit a ticket and they would reset it but there is still a password on it. After I notice that I sent 2 mails and submit another ticket but no response.


Does someone know a solution. Or maybe they changed the password in something else.

PLS HELP~ then I can play again b:cry

    No ,, they said the bankpw would be reset

    and if I try to put off gear I need to give password for GEAR PROTECTION

    So ,, and before my account was **** and he changed the password ,, so I dont know it now.. b:surrender
