glitched in cube

I've reached room 50 in cube and yet i cant talk to the npc to get the reward packs and the exp despite the fact that i have a puzzle cube, enough space and dice tickets in my inventory. Is there any one that know what is wrong?

    Did you finish the cube prior to this time before the server day switch over?

    yeah i did finish cube before the server reset. Is that the reason why am not getting my exp?

    hmm i did use the support system thing and i doubt its a technical prob really. Just posting in general discussion in case some one had the same problem and managed to solve it. But yes i did relog several times.

    if u finish the cube alrdy during the same server day the end NPC wont turn for u to accept ur die. You have to wait till next server day to get it.

    cube can be completed only once a day
    to do cube more then 1 time a day u will need to use that COF letters

    hmmm am well aware that cube can be done only once a day without the letter. I did cube on the same day at least for me prior to the server resetting then once the server did i went in again and could not get the reward. I've done this on several occasions and this is the first time i've experienced this.
