Update Fail.

Ive tried uninstalling, re-installing, auto-patching, manual patching....doing an irish jig. Nothing works. Frustrating as i used to play PW a few moons ago and would quite like to get back into it.

I don't expect this thread to be answered, but oh well.

    You're being as descriptive as this: "My computer broke. How do I fix?" I tried restarting it, and punching it, but it doesnt work"

    Sorry, it's getting late.

    Right, i have PW installed and apparently udated to 166. Every time i try to update it through the auto patcher it says that it cann'ot connect. Nothing seems to be happening. I've not a clue what to do.

    Ok also after update fails it says please verify. But the verify button is grey.

    Terminate the client and restart it. Then try to verify again. If the problem persists follow these steps: http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=4810032&postcount=10 I know some people that had this issue, and manual patch did the trick for them. Plus, manual patch is much faster.

    Thanks im sending a dxdiag now. Hopefully this can solve the problem. Thanks for the help, i'm a bit new to vista so had no clue how to access "run" lol.
