Ok im level 46 and just got 1000 rep, so i quickly head to Archosaur to see my new rank 2 equipment, i get there and to my disappointment there is none, is there only rank 1 gear?

    There is more items u get from military rank later on.
    Rank 2 is a bit of a let down, i think at rank 3/4 u get the ring and a amulet/belt
    Rank8 i know has a really nice weapon.

    Mostly tho, only rank1 was good.

    theres a belt for rank 2, u can get it from an npc in dreamweaver. i think u have to be lvl60, but im not totally sure.

    Hsia Chao in Dreamweaver Port sells the rank 2, 3, and 4 gear. There is one piece of each, and all require level 60.

    ok i am lvl 53 and i need my rank 2 and if there is a rank 3 then i need to get that one too, but i need my rank 1 in my inventory and i don't have it. so can i get another one? and if i can then where?

    rep points are difficult to get after rank 3 to be able to move up in ranks b:sad

    Rank 1 gear is awesome, the rank 2 reward is decent... but pretty much everything beyond those is too damn hard to get sicne getting that much rep is a pain in the ****...

    Though you could just stay at lvl 60, put all of your exp into your genie, and do a few thousand FB's to get yourself the higher rank gear... Good luck. lol

    Grind on one-man army quests and do Justice quests.

    EDIT: Seems like rank 3 is some rather crappy leggings. (The token of the seven ones seem better). Shame =/

    why is there no rank 5 armor for lvl 70 bust my buns and what a let down 1 ring..... and ty for military rank site.......that just made want to quit playing.......lvl 90 for rank 5 equipment.......jeeeeeezzzzzz

    Why would anyone bother with rank stuff(unless its rank8)?
    If anyone asks me you better use TT or Lunar instead of the rank junk.
    P.S rank 3 is attained at 5k reputation and rank 4 at 10k reputation.
    P.S.S The "easy" way to attain ranks is by using lot of wraith dog tag's and rest of items which gives more rep. but it requires lot of cash on it lol.

    What you get for the rank gear varies by class.

    Personally, the rank3 leggings (pants of the miragemaster) for me are still better than anything I can get from purple or TT. (They **** out against the TT80 stuff so I'll presumably abandon them then.)

    Saying "Frost gear is better" is kind of obvious. You'd sort of expect near-endgame gear to be better than level 60 stuff, wouldn't you?


    To get the gear, yes, you need to hand in your old rank ring. Since the game prevents you dropping, selling, trading or decomposing this ring - you pretty much HAVE to have it somewhere. Check your bank, and check you don't have it equipped.

    thats kind of dumb that you can acheive rank 2 at lvl 50 but have to wait till 60 to get it... neone else feel the same?....

    You could theoretically have the rep required for rank 8 on a level 30. The level requirement is there as a check system to keep level 30's from running around with rank 8 gear and omgwtfpwning, lol
