a noob question about wine

where do i find mats and how do i make wine. I saw that you can take wedding wine to the eldest matchmaker to make it.. but where do i find or make wedding wine?

    Wedding wine comes out of bride/groom packs; you can't make it, but you can exchange it for instance wines.

    Instance wines are made from a specific number of iron/wood/polish/coal combination (or wedding wines) at Mr. Tso (I think is his name) in West Arch, just north of the intersection. Check with him to see how many of what mats you need for the wine you want. You need 1 wine for FB19 and 29 (I believe, never wined them); 2 wines for higher FBs (for certain.)
