Question about guild name

Some friends of mine are willing to create a faction, and we're planning the name right now. But we need to know how many letters a guild name can have.

I used the search and found a topic when the people complain about 9 being too short and thought it is the max number, but then a pal said he saw a guild like xXxEnormousNamexXx ingame.

So, I want to know exactly how many letters the guild name can hold,
