I made this sig, decided I wanted my own personalised one.
Tell me your opinion, is it ok, or bad? :P

    The colors the colors @.@ maybe change the color of text or the glittering. Mez dislikes glitter sparkly things that hurt my eyez >.<

    Edit: Use purple-blue words and change the cig's orange to purplish-blue.

    Or

    Change armor to red and cig's orange to red.

    I'm looking for actual opinions, criticsm and whatnot Accelerated.

    The sparkly one is for my guild forum, i'm using the plain text here :P

    I was trying to keep the sig in red/black/grey mainly for a bloody theme.
    I know it's a little hard to see because it's so busy and I was changing the text
    colour around with blues/oranges/greys/purples but it just didn't fit with my
    bloody theme D:

    I think i'll edit it a bit, Rei is appearing a bit too squashed in it and i'll see what I can
    do with the text to make it easier to read. I'll post when it's done :o

    If it's an actual criticism you're seeking, I guess I can write one for you.

    First and foremost; what is the actual focus of this signature? Is it text or the render (your character)? If it was the render, then you've failed at presenting your signature clearly, as the text stands out much more than the render. Also, assuming the focus is the render, the depth is horrid, as you cannot clearly notice the character to stand out much. The character is also blurry, and looks rather squished and doesn't look very natural in it. Also, the character's color scheme doesn't fit well into the background, making it not well blended in (also making the character unnatural). You've used too much brushes on the background as well, which makes the signature very messy. The focus position would of felt much more natural if it was place around the middle of the signature, rather than the side. Anyways, on to the animated portion of the signature. You can clearly notice that the text animation is a bit laggy or slow, making it rough rather than smooth. And the little left over animation on the top of the signature is also easily noticeable. The sunglasses thing is creative, though, and also looks very natural. Nice job on that. And also remember that simple and clear always beats messy and crowded.

    Hee hee i'm not too good with all indepth stuff, all I know is very basic when it comes to image editing. Anyway, I decided to take a more recent screenshot and play around with that instead, I think this one works far better and her clothes actually match the colour theme.

    I also changed my name to black instead, I think that works better too o.o

    lol. I preffer it busy, ones with too much plain background are boring for my taste. I couldn't really find a way to get my character to take up more space so the background does it for me :c

    i agree that it's a bit too busy. i suppose if that's how you like it, then it's fine. but the amount of textures and designs in the background, splatter of red and white, and your name, i find it really distracting it to the eye. right now, when i look at it, the first thing i see is the splatter of red and white on the right. then i see the ENRAGE, then reikara, then the character.

    positive and negative spacing is important to a composition, and you might find that if you balance out the two, you may have a better result without it looking too plain :)

    Just seeing that you're in Enrage (didn't know that -.-') made me QQ a little inside.

    I agree that the background is a little busy, but I also get that it's kinda the whole point. Maybe a teensy different coloured border around the text would make it stand out a little more against the background.

    One other thing I can add about the glittery one is that there's a white border on the bottom and right sides that stays there, and one that flashes on the top and left. I think your layers weren't aligned properly when you made the animation (that is if you do it the way I do). Makes it look more... amateur than it should.

    Completely not related: I'm a Font Geek for recognising that Paleface's sig has the Halo font in it, aren't I?

    ermm.. to be frank, that sig aint good. its got no flow and no depth. too chaotic, but good if you arent experienced ;)

    I think I see where you were going with in this tho i do think typography needs a slight bit of work you want the words to stand out a bit more but besides that the overall chaos of it works. Tho i admit thats not my style of work I like to plan out and layout everything so it blends in. But over all its not bad I have seen worse and I have seen better ~Good Work Non the less~ b:victory

    K lemme see.
    Instead of the ENRAGE being animated make the smaller "Reikara" animated instead.
    Make the character stand out a little more somehow, and yes, the background is really distracting. Makes it hard to focus on the actual focus of the sig (which is im guessing your name, character and guild)

    Not really, I noticed it too. The PALEFACE isnt the halo font though. I actually have the halo font installed on my computer.

    The character is kind blurry, it looks better without ur char in it. i dont like gif cuz it screws with the pixels and makes a good quality image looks crappy unless its flash, but who would do flash to their sig, too much work.
