ip block ?

Hello. I wanna know if this international perfect world will have an IP Block with countries that already have a PW in their country. Brazil have a perfect world administred by Level Up Games and I want to know if brazilians here will have ip blocked from the server. This is currently discussed on many brazilian forums but i dont know the truth.

    There are massive amounts of Brazilians that play PWI =) You have nothing to worry about.

    If you do run across an issue, contact tech support, they will be more than happy to look into the situation and take your credit card number for future sales b:chuckle

    Use search please. This was already discussed in a thread that got necroed and locked not to long ago. I seem to remember that OP demanding a public message several times after a GM kept saying that it there would NOT be an IP ban?

    Thx for the replies.
    Some of the replies are very old subject, and this is just the reason that brazilian forums are making trouble about PWI going to block other countries after the expansion goes live.
    "If you want to play Perfect World for those regions, you will have to research on the internet to
    find the one that covers your location. All other IP addresses from anywhere else in the world are not blocked by Perfect World Entertainment.
    Note: This list is current as of October 3, 2008."
    October 3, 2008. This is a little hard to take as base to compare with recent discussions... Im just asking this here because I already played several other games "international" titles and after a time they did IP-block by saying that our country already have our server etc. We have friends that want to play a lot, want to buy itens from the cash shop from here and furthermore we dont want to get ban in 2010 for example. Id like to see a staff post if possible here.

    We answer tickets from players in Brazil all the time who are playing, because they are leveling.

    I am looking into getting a more up to date official IP block country list, but this will take some time.

    I will try to get it updated for PWI before the expansion hits, ok?
