I've found this to be the most useful guide I've used. Hope it helps b:pleased

You have to keep in mind that until you get around lvl 70+, you will always have too lil spirit to max all the skills you want, so it might be smart to choose or your normal form, or your true form, and start buying their skills first. ^^0

Up until lvl 40 I used mostly humanoid skills, so I maxxed them as much as I could. Around lvl40 there were too many magic mobs so I switched to tiger skills and leveled them as I could afford it.
So really it's a matter of playstyle.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

i guess the cheapest and most efficient way is to focus on your passive skills, buffs and tiger skills first, while ignoring humanoid attack skills. this is because, as said before, you will not have enough spirits to effectively level up both sides of the skills. since barbarian are mostly, if not all, used for tanking, tiger form skills will be the most used, therefore, makes more sense to max them out before anything else. when your essential tiger form skills are maxed or at a decent level, then it'll be nice to work on humanoid skills.
btw, this is the route which i have used and it worked great for me, especially with alacrity being able to cancel magic skills and sunder being able to heal myself.0
