    I only use hp charms for grinding/TW's. But i do try to conserve it by not dueling and using pots when i grind. I hate how mp charms tick at 75%. I think that's completely stupid and really needs to change.

    i never use charms cause they are so expensive and unneeded so far atleast i run lots off TTs and never needed them(in 1-3 it could be ussefull but proper usage of aclarity makes it unneeded) though i heard TT2-3 is hell so i guess when im at that point i will have no choice but to be charmed
    and im planning on doing some gamma runs so i will need a hp charm for that

    but you can easily do most stuff without charms
    also i know heavy non oracle csers who died alot by being to dependent on charms
    its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that
    just try to be a good person

    I am personally not bothered about the Hp charms, But when I play my archer and I have a Mp charm on it tickets like hellb:shocked

    I would rather they change the Mp one to 50% instead of 70%.

    If you have low Hp I don't know why your bothered about it less Hp means doesn't consume much of the charm. Try being a Bm or a barb they eat up charms really fast in a FB &/or BH.

    BTW if your main is a wizard you should be able to kill a monster before it's able to hit you.

    I was proud to play charmless from level 1 to 77, now I got Silver HP charm since I want to give GV Gamma a try... Needless to say that I don't like it, burns way too fast, ticking in "safe" situations. No change in PvP as well, higher levels still beat me, lower levels still die b:chuckle

    This game would be a lot more fun if all charms would be removed as it would require more skill to survive in PvE and PvP b:cute

    i hate charmed people in places when thy dont need it. adds so much extra work

    well, once u get into tws and fb 99s or things like that where mages get aoed for 3k hp and leave the lvl 91 bm tanking hellfire abomination while the cleric runs back from the entrance...

    shudders*

    bad memories.... my poor charm...

    well, charms have their uses.

    I only used one charm, the one I got at level 4. I hated having that thing. I was always going out "OMG OMG OMG don't tick!" then I used it up and it wasn't so bad. I realized that there was far less stress not having to worry about ticking a charm and I have a lot more fun without it.

    Ya Charms aren't necessarily needed in PvE (questing, grinding, etc). But for many aspects of the game, PvP, TW, RB, sometimes TT, a charm is needed.

    Ive seen alot of players say Clerics need charms but imo they honestly dont, ive had charms and all they manage to do is **** me off with usless ticks, squad buff and u even get a tick i have over 7k mana so its not because i have small amount either, i think its much more logical to use Herb Yuanxiao with recovers 5k mana and is up to 2k each depending on which greedy people are selling at the time but with them u get no useless ticks and u can save them for TT or what ever, any cleric than demands that they need a charm just might not know how to play the class.....


    just my opinion :)

    Clerics need MP charms for PvP.

    Archers need MP charms for zhen

    Before anni packs clerics HAD to be charmed to maintain BB. You can't use apothecary items in BB. Potions were insufficient. There is no disputing this.

    You can tank 2-3. Just need to cancel the magic attack at Wurlord.

    Um, the Event pots + MP regen Apothecary pills worked just fine to keep BB and RB up.

    Its plume shell im talking about.

    Charms are a rip off and I left them log ago. The amount they give you for the money you spend is way off. In one TW you can spend more on charms than it costs for a full month in a pay to play game. There are people on harshlands that spend hundreds a week on this game. One guy was said to have spent over 30,000US already.

    yes, 1 tw u can spend an entire plat charm. but question yourself. is your faction the top on server? secondly, why is the top faction top faction? cause they seem to go back to full hp at 50%? i wonder why.

    If everyone was in the dominate faction there would be no TW. With the price of charms now few pvp their own level and just gank new players or alts(low levels). What would be the point of the game if there was no pvp/tw? Oh yeah lets grind on mobs and do instances in parties with our cool fashion and flame farting mounts. Ah damn, people will still want you to buy charms for that too.

    The economy has tanked. I haven't seen an economy this bad since L2.
