    I have been buying zen off and on for awhile now but yesterday when I bought zen it went into payment review and has been there for 24 hours now. It shows on paypal and my credit card that perfect world has received the payment but still no zen. I tried to contact via the ticket system...filled out form pressed the button..and nothing. I tried using chat live...select game...nothing. tried using wc in game only one person responded and i have my doubts that this person is a real gm. can i please get some response as to why this is still in review and when I will be receiving my zen?

      Sometimes PayPal suspends transactions while they conduct an additional review into them. They are informing the customers that the transaction has been processed, and essentially it has, but they fail to inform the customers that there is an additional "payment review" being conducted. While this is happening we are not able to intervene. Approval typically takes approximately 24 hours after the review has been initiated. We understand this can be an inconvenience.
