Zen Charge/Log In the Game

1. Problem: Tried to charge Zen via Mobile Phone. Did it witha O2 connection. Works fine. Now I have a phone with a Vodafone connection. I got the sms and wrote "accept" as always but then nothing happened. my sms was alraedy sent and i lost money but even then nothing happened and i didn't get the money. any ideas why vodafone isn't working.

2. Problem: i have some gold ingame and i bought a exp scroll. before that i logged on as always and everything was fine...until i bought this scroll and got dc....now i cant log in no matter what i do....shortly before the black screen(where u enter in the world) my game shuts down and not even a error msg is coming....dunno what to do....hope u can help. i can select my chara but as i said i cant get into the virtual world. so i lost my scroll(money) and countless cents for writing sms without getting a reply and zen...kinda frustrating

    sry for double post. well the second problm with the log in is solved......still had 11 minutes left of my exp scroll lol...but i still dunno what to do with the cell phone especially since vodafone was listed in the list of possible connections...

    With these issues, you need to contact the payment solution you have used directly. They can assist you with whatever is causing the purchase from completing and once they do and the signal of completion is sent to our servers, the ZEN is awarded to the account automatically.
