Crash and lock out

my client has been having MORE and MORE crashes recently...whats the point of spending money here if I get screwed? (and save the comments on the wisdom of spending money here)b:cry

    Your money has nothing to do with this, so that fact is irrelevant.

    Try to uninstall and then reinstall the game.

    I only didnt want to be flamed for spending cash. and yes... if I spend $$ I expect to have few problems, that being said all I want is for the game I love to work properly... why should I have to go to the time consuming trouble of reinstallation? isd there any other option? a GM answer plz not just a random poo poo-er. the reason for the post was tech support. If you arent part of the support team either dont post or save the 'tude. I am understandably aggravated.

    edit: more than likely they will ask for your computer's DXDIAG Log and some other info about your Display Driver. So you might wanna get that ready.

    Most likely it be a problem on your side.....game works fine for me and the tens if not hundreds of thousands of people who be logged on right now.

    can you post up a DXDIAG log here to tell us more about your hardware?
