Trouble with Level 19 Celestial Sprite Quest

I leveled to 19 and followed the quest to get Celestial Sprites from the Wolves north of Etherblade. However, after I killed the designated wolves I didn't get the Sprites required and the quest is no longer available. Without it, I cannot get the level 19 skills.

Can someone help?

    It should have said you got one but the other ran away. Then you go to this bridge and harvest it like a plant.

    I'll try that, ty. It never said I got the Sprite in the first part, and never gave me instructions for the second part.

    How long have you been killing them? The drop rate is low just like others said.

    Are you sure you didn't get it? Most people missed them as you won't get a really noticable confirmation once you got the first one.
    Try going to the 2nd part and dig the Sprite. :p
