No ping no nothing

I try to log on and there's no ping on the servers as if they aren't online or something.

Also how do I take a picture of something like that. I'd be glad to show what is going on.

    Also, just for a bit of information I am using Vista. I've allowed game through my firewall and I've set it up so that port 29000 is open.

    I haven't a clue what else to do to make it work now. I've tried just about everything that I can find for help.

    Im have the same problem once after patch.I try everything and dont work.
    Re install the game and you be fine.Im believe is one type of problem with Vista in some machines(I have problems with other games in vista too).Im running in windows 7 now,and no more problems with games,w7 is awesome.

    Still having same problems. Nothing is going on and I'm starting to get mad because I also tryed charging zen on here too. But yet I can't even play.

    I still seem to have the same issue. I have installed it 2 or 3 times now. i have autopatched it and manually patched it as well. I have even downloaded the client with my firewall and antivirus off. I had a smaller computer with vista on it and didn't have this issue. I don't really know what else to do at this point....b:surrender

    mee too i have the same problem, i only see the ping of the east cost server and i dont see the ping of west side server. My character is on heavens tears = west server. I have tried this morning to log before my school and tonite i cant still connect. Whats going on?

    be sure u have pwi version and not china version
    be sure it fully update
    be sure all file are k ( click fix the files )


    if nothing work reinstall or send ticket

    I have pwi version.
    My game is fully updated(v.217)
    i verified all the files (verify button)

    I have reinstalled the game and updated it again, i am now verify the file again.

    And my internet is connected cauz I can write message here or I can connect to harsland or dreamweaver server. I cant just connect to west side server and my veno is on heavens tear. So anyone could help me plz?

    i have the same problem, mine is w7 and i filed a ticket and they mailed me 3 steps, i did all of them.. from verify to reinstall, but its still not working.. no pings and status.. i have internet connection and i can run the client.. its just the ping and status are missing.. need help badly

    I'm running windows 7 64 bit Home Prem. Version and i get the same problem. No ping or Server Status. Very annoying please HELP!!!!!b:sad

    It may happen that all of you use the same provider/isp? it can be a problem in the relay points.

    I"m sitting on the same problem, shows all the servers but no ping or anything, running xp, not vista or 7, client is patched and verified as well.
