Keyboard issue from crash

Alright, just had an odd string of glitches-
Started off seeing the bald/nude glitch in Arch, went to a catshop and the element client crashed.
Restarted it, and the chat messages I wrote out were lagging a fair amount.
Headed up to North Arch to do some quests, summoned my pet and then none of the actions would register. So I went up and over to the Allies Camp and quit and restarted it only to come back outside the Allies Camp with it telling me that I've died... when nothing had attacked me.
o_O;
A bit of a question, would this be more than likely a connection issue on my end? Just that I haven't actually had any lagging or relatively any disconnection issues.

glitches and crashes aside, you are indeed having a connection lag problem.
whats happening here is that your client thinks you are in one place, while the server thinks you are in another place since your client hasn't uploaded that information to it yet (latency issues, lost packets, not enough bandwidth, etc..)
the reverse scenario can occur as well in that i can see a person standing next to me one second, and the next they can be 20 meters away. or else I attack something when I play my archer and it comes towards me, and continues walking past me. (incoming data from the server is lagging in this case).
what kind of connection do you play on?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

what kind of connection do you play on?
I normally play wi-fi because the line connections here are constantly down due to becoming water-logged.
Now, my connection on wi-fi is good as I'm actually near my provider's station so it only ever drops out when there's a power-outage (which there hasn't been for months).
I'd go with standard broadband if it weren't for the subpar connections here combined with the speed that my current connection is actually faster and more reliable than the other's sadly as I know wi-fi is generally considered as a no-no for online games but in my case it seems to be the only local connection that works for me.
Aside from that, I've only had the one bit of lag in the chat and I checked my connection - which was all fine as the chat went back up to speed before it happened.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

what do you mean by "Wi Fi"?
do you mean you connect via wireless LAN? or do you mean you connect via a wireless broadband connection such as provided by cell phone providers? If the former, you must logically be routing over the same "water logged" lines as if you were on wired lan. If the later, check your connection's ToS - they may be throttling your connection after a certain amount of usage.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Sorry, I didn't exactly word it properly as I'm tired - the standard connection is wireless LAN, which I do realize that it does utilize the normally waterlogged lines however due to that being a fairly common issue I also have a wireless broadband connection with the same provider that is automatically swapped over to if there are any connection issues from the general lines.
I've also checked my usage and it's nowhere close to my cap so that's not the problem, nor is it the amount of computers or laptops requesting data through the provider.
If there was an issue with my outgoing connection, then I would have been locked out and would have to wait half an hour for it to reset.
But anyway, thank you for helping.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
