Does China PW have IP block to USA PW?

I am not chinese, I live in America and I am very excited about this new expansion for perfect world so I went to the chinese website of PW and registered using google translator. They say that their version open at 12am DEC 4th. I already installed the game but my launcher doesn't even update. I am wondering if any GMs know if there is a IP block from the chinese website to US computers because I can't really wait to try this comming soon expansion so I wanna play it in the chinese until its released here lolz

    I would just suggest waiting for the expansion to release in America. Patience is a virtue after all b:victory

    Plus, what is the point of playing the new class if you can't talk to anyone because you are not Chinese? And if someone asked you a question or wanted to squad with you or something, you would have no idea what would be going on. But, to answer your question, I have no idea why it isn't working for you.

    I tryed it to and got the same result, but on the chinese website it says that it is released at 12 noon. So that might be why its not working.b:surrender

    that as far as I know (having only done rough math) has already passed.

    Actually it is in about 3 hours . Its about 9 AM in China right now.

    if you wanna play a foreign game that doesnt have IP blocks,

    1. goto indows control panel, languages, and change it to chinese.
    2. download MICROSOFT APPLOCALE, install it, and open the patcher to open into chinese
    3. let the game patch.

    youll more than likely be able to play BUT, you wont be able to communicate because welll... youre not chinese LOL.
