Unable to offer items at shops

I get this problem every time I log in. However,all other Safety Lock actions are re-enabled after the Safety Lock is inactive,except from this one.
Any suggestions?

    lol ive heard u put the time on to 1 min and then wait 3 days till it resets.b:sad and during that time u can dowhatever but if u change it again u have to wait another 3 days :( it sux i know.

    Is the issue you are unable to sell to a catshop?

    If that's the case drag the item from your inventory on top of the icon underneath 'item wanted' not into the items offered area.

    lol no just all general shops, from the safety lock
