RB Issues

Firstly, there was still one more member in the party who happened to be from Calamity. Why was this not mentioned?

Actions taken by party members:
Caprica told you and Paco to shut up and concentrate on the task at hand. She then said that drop rules should be established before the RB.
I said I didn't know what the fuss was about (because I personally have not heard of this rule before. Perhaps I just don't do enough RBs, perhaps I do them with the wrong people; I don't know. But whenever someone else got more than one shard, I just attributed it to luck and no one in my party ever had a problem with it). I then told both of you to shut up.

Why the inconsistency, especially in the case of dogx and the last party member?

Secondly, you claim that Paco said "oh [you're] in cala you make enough money to not care about shards". That is, to my memory, incorrect. I don't have a screenshot of the conversation but please be careful when paraphrasing what someone else has said. I do not recall Paco saying that you make enough money to not care about shards. I do, however, recall you reading what Paco said and going into a rage about how you hate it when people say you are from cala and must be rich. Paco then said that he never said you were rich and the argument escalated. I tuned out after that because you said you were going to be an **** and choose to stand by without attacking even while waves were coming. As a BM, I couldn't keep an attack going and continue with the argument.

Thirdly, what do you mean by "screwed out of drops"? You said after the first shard dropped, "How do you do shards? Random?" To which we said, "Yes." To me, that means drops are random. That Paco got more than 1 shard just meant he was lucky. He could then choose to whom he wanted to give the shards. He chose to give one shard to Caprica and you interpreted that as being greedy and only wanting to share shards among our faction members. Err... No. That is just a guy choosing to give what is rightfully (by our interpreted rules) his to someone else. Once again, I've never heard of this rule you speak of. Given that you're so adamant about it, I guess it must exist. I'm sorry I've never heard of it, and I believe our other party members haven't either. We learnt something today. But...

Lastly, if you had a problem with that, there was no need to be antagonistic and immediately launch into a tirade against our entire faction and go on about how "Calamity, Bushido and everyone else except Tempest" does things a different way, even going on to say "heck even EQ shares shards" and that you were going to post this on the Cala, Bushido and general forums so no one parties with us ever again. How do you expect us to react after that? We're a reasonable bunch of people but reasonable people have tempers too. Paco has a terrible tendency to shoot his mouth off when he gets pissed, so he did. You then blamed Paco for making the situation worse with his words. I acknowledge that he did, but it takes two hands to clap. I just think that most things do not have to be solved by threats and claims that "everyone else but you does it".

I'm including this disclaimer because it seems like a very popular action nowadays is to blame entire factions because of what one person did.

I will say this. To target an entire faction about something as silly as a shard, seems quite petty to me. I will advise you to do what I advised you to do before. When entering a situation, such as an RB, TT, FC ect, you should ask how drops should be distributed. As Lucilde stated, you asked before about drops being random, and the question was answered. If you had an issue about the random drops, you should have said something then.

We came together as a team to complete a common task, however you (Forsakenbow) stated that you will stop doing your assigned task and leave us in the middle of an RB with no other DD. In my opinion, that makes me not want to squad with YOU ever again. I would never blame an entire faction by the actions of ONE person.

the hell would posses you to be partying with Escorian anyways? honestly, i'm the one to say you shouldent party with Escorian in the first place. the guy QQs so much he could ****in' trademark it!

Thats why before you start RB, BH, FC talk about the drop rule b:surrender so no one QQ about the drop later b:bye

99 out of 100 drop-related issues arise from rules not being established beforehand.

That being said, there is no right or wrong way to do it, as long as the party agrees to it.

I appreciate your patience with Escorian, as he can get a little bit wound up over things. He knows we don't conduct ourselves in this manner, and this whole thread was uncalled for. Profiling factions is never fun.

Escorian will be taking a little break from the game, meanwhile I hope this thread gets buried under a pile of 1s and 0s, never to be brought up again.

I'm trying to understand... how Escorian (92) ends up RBing with Pacothenoob and the rest (84)... Alt?

Why are you even arguing about immaculates =/ they cost like... 1-1.2m each atm, 200k for each person if it's banked its quite useless, you make more of coin molds from the beestowal lol
