White skirt

When ever I run by someone, I noticed that the arcane skirts/pants are completely white no design on it, until u get really near them and it changes graphic. Is it just my computer's graphic or is it like a problem?

Try changing your graphics Settings like Distance and Customizations.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
