Posting this out here instead of using the directory because, well... um... the directory is kinda out-dated. b:scorn

I SO need a new faction! One with friendly, helpful members and NO DRAMA! You know the kind I want ... laid back, old school folks who know the value of friendship and what it means to be part of a group.

If your faction is like this, then I WANT YOU! b:kiss

I'm in-game in the evenings and at night (US central time) and, of course, I can be reached here via this thread or pm.

    well u said u didnt post it on directory cause its kinda outdated but i still think u should check there and go to faction websites to get their info....but id recomend Liberate..thats just meb:mischievous

    Poor situations happen in every faction (alot less in factions that actually have some recruiting standards other than just levels). Its how the group handles those situations that defines them as 'drama-free'.

    Yeah because babies like this are exactly what you dont want in a mature friendly faction.
    Every guild has some drama. Some let it tear them apart (see above). Some just ignore it or sort it out sensibly.

    I have a question though. okay the new faction Flatline started about a month ago. I paid for it to start out and stuff. So the people in our faction voted to make FallinShadow the leader due to her lvl and all (she's lvl 77) now it was MY idea to start one and all(keep that in mind). Now I ask to be Director since I decided to go along with the others and make her leader. She didn't say no she just didn't reply. Now she wants to hold a contest for who gets Director and stuff. Now I don't say anything I just let things flow and wait out patiently for her to choose. Now my questions are should I had just stayed as leader? Should I just start my own faction? Should I at least be Director? or should I just leave all together and join another faction? I mean someone please message me on this I have a lvl 29 cleric hanging on a faction balanceb:beg

    The level of a character has no affect on their ability to lead. You created the faction, you payed for it. You should never give up what you have earned just because someone is a higher level than you. Levels come with time to any active player, the ability to lead doesn't.

    Also, if you do decide to join another faction check us out at BLUE

    I agree with Xerran on this one. However, if you, yourself, felt that the higher level player would make a better leader, then you should at least retain second in command. No elections! You paid for the faction and if they are not willing to accommodate you for that, then they should reimburse you the cost.

    BTW... I joined BLUE and it is a very good faction.
