Level Up Blessing / Bonus

Suggestion: When a player levels up, they get a bonus Blessing or some sort of buff.
This bonus has the following properties:
- Gives a positive but non-broken game mechanic bonus, like 10% Attack level / Defense Level or something similar.
- When the bonus is equipped / activated, the player glows with some sort of aura, marking the player as "just leveled up". This way, everyone who sees the character can give their congratulations.
- Lasts a number of minutes equal to the new level. So a character who reaches level 60 gets a bonus that lasts 60 minutes.
The idea is to give a small temporary reward for leveling up (aside from the normal benefits of leveling up). Players who just reach a new level can sort of celebrate by going on a mob killing spree or some such.
I'd also like it to generate the Super Mario Bros. invincibility star music when equipped / activated, and play 1-Up sound effects for every kill after 7 or 8 kills. But I think this might be too much to ask.

i like the idea but i think that plus 10% attack is to much to ask, as is the mario music(but that would be totaly wicked b:victory)
it would be cool to have a short burst of celebration after laveling up.
maybe you could just do it every other levelb:victoryb:victoryb:victoryb:victoryb:laughb:laughb:victory

have you guys ever heard of copy rights......
don't get me wrong i love mario but if that were to happen i'd most likely stop playing pwi forever...it just doesn't match a pwi char to have mario sound and 1 up sounds it'd be stupid.
the bonus for leveling up is also kind of a stupid idea you want more power craft some gear or level up some more and become high level...
the aura idea to mark you just leveled is kind of good though.0
