I checked my inventory one day and I saw that all of my HP Potions are missing O_O
Are there monsters that can steal?
I didnt die or something!
How could that happen? Q__Q
And Im sure I didnt used them because some of them were for higher levels.

    My archer is addicted to MP pots. It's such a sad thing to see this happen to a character. One minute they're bouncing along doing simple little quests, the next you're checking them into Pots Anonymous. b:cry

    A couple of suggestions that sound like tech support answers:

    Do you have an expanded inventory? If so, have you tried scrolling down?

    Have you checked your safe?

    Is it possible that you accidentally dropped them and didn't notice?

    Is you computer plugged in and turned on?

    Have you mistaken your CD/DVD tray for a cupholder?

    If all of those are no help, you could always try submitting a ticket.

    did you die before? Because sometimes(very rarely) you can drop 1 item from inventory, when you die. It happend once to me.

    I dropped a pile of 20 dull claws when I was level 32 ish and farming them for money... I did what everyone would do, I ragequit. b:angryb:angry

    I know someone who was trying to transfer a stack of items from their inventory to their safe in West District, and her mouse didn't make it all the way. She accidentally dropped it, but she couldn't tell because everything's always so mobbed there. By the time she figured it out, they were gone...millions worth of items b:sad

    Why is it possible to drop things while you're trying to trade/sell/put things in your bank...?

    This is no longer the case. When shattered gear came out, they re-worked the chances of drops occurring (even for blue names). There used to be a 1% chance to drop something from your inventory when dying from PvE death. In the shattered gear change they removed the chance of ever dropping anything in PvE.     I've dropped many things while white named in both PvE and PvP since the shatter-effect came out.

    Many people have said they lost items while white named after the shattering patch.

    Pretty sure the update only prevents blue-named players from dropping items upon death.
