is there any way i can pay gold or coins or do anything for extra stat points

    You can buy reset scrolls which you can use to redistribute your stat points, but that's about the closest thing to what you're talking about. You can't really "buy" stat points. Only way to really get extra stat points is if you get gear that gives +x amount of Str/Int/etc.

    Yup, really you can do pretty much anything with gold :/

    You need to get a Tome. These add extra stats, anywhere from 5-7 (basic tome) to 45-50ish (anniversary pack tome). Tomes generally cost 2-6m, with a high end tome like the anniversary pack tomes costing 150m+. You can also get a christmas tome (+1% crit) for around 700k.

    Or else just level. Again that can be done with gold by simply purchasing Oracles.
