Teleporter Lockdown??

hey hey,

I just had the wierdest thing happen!! the teleporter had a box around it and trapped me + everyone else teleporting...

WTF was that??

    Isnt it something to do with the race or something
    I read somewhere that the boxes are there to stop the racers teleporting.

    what race???

    there seems to be a significant lack of documentation in this game... maybe its the translation... but, there is deffinatly alot of text missing.

    Probably the Snake Isle Dungeon Race.

    Twice a day they mention it in system announcements b:surrender You go through the cube teleporter to get there. I don't know what that would have to do with the teleporters though...

    I believe it's something to do with the OTHER race, the Monthly Horse Race or something.

    This has happened numerous times before but I don't think that I've ever seen a GM talk about it, so a response/explanation for this phenomena would be appreciated. b:cute

    It's also a sign of bad design and programming. God knows what the developers were thinking by doing that....and leaving it there yet disabling the monthly race.

    I wish they would just stop failsuacing up the game and give us something really cool :3

    Yea there was a box around the teleporter earlier in plume, i took a screenie as well but it went away after like 5 minutes b:laugh

    Those boxes are a Gm command using the console "Monster Creator" and it does have to do with the monthly and yearly horse races.
    Monthly and Yearly Horse Races
    Arena events
    blood arena events
    forest ruin runs

    ~All good things pw hasnt fixed and really should as they school dragonpalace etc anyday

    Btw its not bad programming the Gm just put that code in and found out what it did lol blame whoever the Gm was not the developers

    Then explain how two people on two different servers in two different towns saw the same thing. While the events were removed, one of the triggers that produced the wall. It is, in fact, bad programming. Please, don't pretend like you know anything about programming when it is quite obviously clear that you don't.
