I've noticed PW is slow on announcing and giving out prizes for contests on all of its games...last one I entered on their ESO game took two months just to finish everything.0

I think that they contact you Via Facebook, ask for your Ingame Character and then send you a mount in the mail.
I dont think they announce it at all =\
