    Apparently, that's an auto-message that shows up when a player exits the normal game map.

    I dont think there being called cheaters if they go to restricted areas of the map, I know several people who have and world chatted gm's to help them cause there stuck

    This has been asked quite a few times already - it's a message that shows up whenever a player tries to leave the map. Feel free to report that player, but I'm pretty sure that if the message shows up, the GM's can use that to track the player anyway.
