    We can solo some world bosses starting at around lvl 90 with common free pets at very low costs.

    We can hit Harpys in FF/FC without getting hit using an Ethereal Inamorato or Celestial Sting. We even save on Arrows for other things like the mouse bashing part of FF/FC.

    We alone cut down the time in instances drastically because our pets don't get damage reduction on many bosses, and we have Ironwood, Amp, and Howl at our disposal which are all no coin cost to use. Comparable genie skills aren't free (chi stones are worth coin).

    We have far more lure techniques than any other class, and they don't cost per use.

    We have leech when and if we ever exhaust Nature's Grace and Metabolic Boost. Clerics can almost ignore us, and we save them MP costs by pet tanking.

    We are the most valuable characters in the game. -Even when we're not in squads. We help drive down prices on TT mats, legendary equips, books, etc etc.

    I could care less if they have an expensive to use lure skill that sucks, or a ridiculously expensive to use damage amplifier. We still blow them away and it doesn't cost us.

    I personally hate it when people use their zeals to pull. It just makes it more difficult for me to know who's doing what. When I have a veno in squad, I expect them to be the one who does the pulling, and wrap my mindset around that idea.

    As for the whole outsourcing bramble thing for psychics, who knows? It may stack with bramble to make one kick-**** reflect. b:victory

    Actually, a good veno is always welcomed in any instance squad because of our luring skills, debuffs, amplify dmg and pets with no damage reduction at TT bosses.
    Forum trolls are **** beings who find pleasure in picking on other forum users,trying to bully them. Probably kids or antisocial people, feeding themselves with burgers,chips and soda, 23/7 in front of a PC, they are trying to release their frustration through moronic posts. My advice for them is:get a life (girlfriend,job,pet) or visit a **** site to release your anger and hate due to lack of parental love in childhood. Have fun!

    lol yesterday in my BH i had to solo heal the barb when there was a herc veno in squad xD

    so really depends on the mood ur in o.ob:victory

    (the genies dotn have a heal they could spam....like IHB)

    well it really depends on what kind of DDs are in the squad if theres an archer or wizzie your better off having a proper barb tank(cause off higher agro on normal mobs/bosses) but in a squad with no DD classes its best to let a herc tank also bh59 is easy like hell solo healing in there shouldnt be a problem at all(even pyro in 69 is doable at 7x solo healing)
    its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that

    All classes got something good and something bad.

    Genies might be able to lure, but that is only if u can get close enough to accturally reach the target. Also though im not sure which genie skill this is, many genie skills need quiet the amount of time to get ready again. For a veno, if correctly analysing the squad, the luring speed can be put so a dead mob will be replaced with a new mob.

    Also as pointed out also by others our de-buffing and cursing speed up most boss killings.

    taken u max out amplifier and Iron scarab then u can solo keep up a 20-30% reduction in phydef. Also some pets being adle to reduce magdef with 20% can make an overall reduction.

    My old faction once did a World Boss kill which had not been possible for us without a 3-4man veno squad keeping up the curse to disable regeneration. (we wasted the first hour without cursing which resulted in no hp reduction at all b:cry)

    Last but not least a veno can unlike other classes look both right and left at the same time. Its a matter of looking at the pet as a individual char instead of an extra dmg boost. At my lower lvls when me and some friends were mad enough to go in af fb39 with only lvl36-37 in our squad (2veno, 1archer, 1cleric, 1wiz = bad idea xD) Using the pet to Break up a gang on the group saved us more times that should be alowed. That way the rest of the squad could focus on killing the main target while the pet gave the group time for this. This i still do find useful when runnign into trouble.

    All in all its a matter of how u play ur class, a good cleric buff up and stack ironheal as a reflecs, a bad cleric go into a battle without buffing themselves, and r slow at saving the tank (just to give another exsample no offence to the clerics i got a little one and like it ^^)

    and about venos always soloing, not needing others and not being needed ... Venos go splendid in a normal quest squad and personally i find it boring to solo the game ... slow killing and too much runing from bigger gangs >.>, but yes we can solo if we want to, but again its a matter of the way u play.

    But Sai...b:sadIt was meant to be a compliment to Veno's. You guys are a solo class that is lucky enough to never need pots, make money the fastest, and don't worry too much about finding squads for things because you don't necessarily have to. Was not meant to be slanderous, I appologize for offending you :<

    the veno has been the "star" of PW. Now there will be more choices. I think it will balance the game more. The good players will get picked for squads and the bad players will be left behind. Venos wont be able to depend on there pets to make them look good. They will have to learn how to play their class. Same with all the other classes.
    The number of squad members isnt going up so someone will get left out. It will be up to the individual players to make a name for themselves so they get to be in squads. Learn your char and stop QQing or get left behind. Whiners are boring.

    I feel your pain Hamsta. Us wizzys get no respect. We cant take hits so we kite(run around) then were called cowards. Yea well lets see how they act with 1k hp and almost no phdef. I bet theyd run to. Use what u got and fake the rest.

    3) If your going into an fb and the BladeMaster screams "LEROY JENKINS" as he runs into the cave, leave the party. It's only going to get worse from then on.

    Well on my Veno, lvl 77, I find that a lot of my bhs HH are all veno squad. Couple of arcanes to DD, LA for good mix of DD, debuffing and amplify and in few occasions a heavy veno to take a few good hits if we run into trouble and also good fox skills. I and a few others I know, carry rez scrolls and have no problem healing the strongest tanking Herc among us. So It can be done. Its challenging and crazy fun. I also tank BH 59. It all started when barb we had in squad could not wait for the cleric en route and he left squad. Two venos and a BM, hitting lightly so has not to draw aggro, and we didnt need the barb. I have much respect for a good barb, you are verymuch needed, but dont get mad when we venos have to take control. It is what it is and it only a game. Everyone I feel will play it the best way they see fit. There is nothing wrong with test the boundaries of your class.

    Hehe, if they don't need a veno then oh well whatever. Being a veno means solo-ing a lot of bosses/quests, and I enjoy that, if I wanted a class that is needed in a squads all the time than I would've made a cleric. Actually I'm glad people have more options now, that way they will have other things to ***** about besides venos. Venos are the best for PvE no matter what people say, hell, I can solo Astralwalker in 2-2 and all bosses except the 3 minutes one and the last one in 3-1, squad version. I'm not saing it's easy but with practice you can do it. And yes I have a herc and no I didn't buy it with real money. While most of you invested in gear, I had nothing except some quest reward items and a TT70 wand till lvl 89. No pain, no gain. So as far as I'm concerned, they can steal as many skills as they want. Not like any squad will be able to kill Wurlord in a squad TT without a veno. And that is just an example. ^^
