trouble getting this game

i downloaded the game but when i do the update it stops and pops up error try again and i dont know wat to do

My best guess is you need this patch file
http://pwi-ns.perfectworld.com/patches/manual/ec_patch_166-217.cup
Double check that you are currently at version 166 in the patcher first. If you are download that file and run it to patch up to the latest version.0
