When Can I Create The New Carachter??

Please help me i want to create a Assassin or a Pshyco Character but when i click create the only races i see is Human Untamed and Elf when they launch Tideborns??

    Firstly, its "Psychic" and not "Psycho".

    Secondly, I believe the official news is on the webpage of the game or in the announcements in the general section.

    Its being planned for early weeks of December

    there is no set date, anything you hear that is not from a gm is unconfirmed.
    it says on the teaser site december 2009 though, so it is going to be soon
    it could be anywheres from next tuesday, to after christmas. Theres no way to tell
