questions regarding skill casting

k, so i have some questions regarding how to cast certain skills, which are shown in this random ss i found on google.

#1 points to the little circle that says "activate tab" or w/e, i forgot. but what happens if i activate it and what happens when i deactivate?

#2 and 3 points to the skills on the 2 columns. How do i use those skill, i know for the primary ones (the ones closest to the edge), i press the F-keys. But for #2 and 3, do i just click on those skills during battle? or do i somehow assign keys for them?

#5-same as above, cept with the number keys.



also, lets say im fighting like a group of 8 monsters. do i need to click on one monster, then press a skill until it dies, then click on next and kill that, then click on next ectect? or is there a way to lets say..click on 1 monster and hold the skill down and then once monster 1 dies, it auto targets monster 2 ect so it saves time during battle?

    It looks like you aren't playing Perfect World International. Obviously :P

    You can't keybind anything, if that is what you mean.

    You can click and drag skills to the hotbars for the 1-9 keys, and the F numbered keys. Clicking on the UI buttons or the corresponding keys will have the same effect.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    that pic is from google. its basically the same setup as my pwi character. im just wondering if theres an ezier way to use the 2nd and 3rd column skills in battle besides from clicking on monster->click on skill->run->click on skill again

    1. the activate makes it so if you press tab or ` it will switch to that skill bar in the hotkeys

    2. press tab or ` to switch your hotkeys around and then your good

    3. same as above

    4. ? there is no 4?

    5. same as above

    and it will auto target the next mob if it is hitting you.

    Most people just click the skills on the 2nd/3rd columns if they leave them extended. Generally, the hotkey skills (1-9, f1-f8) are saved for more common skills while the extended bars are used for occasional ultimates, special potions, changing equipment, etc.

    Clicking number 1, will allow that particular skillbar to be cycled when you press either ` or tab.

    You have to select each target after death. However, if they are attacking you, while you have no target, you will automatically target them.
