Edit your Avatar

My main character is my Veno Onaja. When I go to Edit your Avatar her name is there but there is no picture under the name, therefore I keep using the question mark pic. Can this be fixed? Thanks for Your Time.

    No picture at all, or the picture is a question mark like the one you're using now?

    Nope no picture at all. The pic with the question mark is the first pic then Onaja name & server and no pic. Then all my alts have there pics.

    Thanks I will submit a ticket to customer support.

    Sounds like you just need to Chose your "type" of venomancer.

    For example after click the Edit your Avatar find the character looks like this, but with your info.

    Then when you click on it you it opens a secondary page that looks something like this.
    mongo2.png
    Now just pick the "type" that is suits your character.

    Or what the problem sounds like to me.
