at what lvl do i get it and whats the anme of it?


i know it exists cuz em and my friend got it around lvl 30

    If I remember right, that's the Mantou quest. It's given around lvl 23-25 on west Arch.

    Once the dude on Silver Pool sends you to kill the Kun-Kun and recover his wife's hair from the bottom of the lake he gives you the makeover scroll as quest reward.
