Well, the items needed to craft stop dropping as you level up - but equally, you can sell them for good cash now and you'll have more cash to be able to afford to buy them later.

Up to you, really. If you do decide to level them up, then make sure that you craft the quest items as soon as you can.

While you're that level, find mobs that drop:

    Cotton Thread
    Silk Thread
    Rough Fur
    Purified Oil

And MINE THEM. Stock up, I'm talking hundreds of them, if you have the patience. Those items are semi-rare drops, and you need them for manufacturing.

what about all these dragon quest items? should i be saving them for anything or just NPC them?

Ive done the dragon quest twice, and i dont really want to do it again..

How about these dragon seals? are they worth anything ?

The dragon quest items, imho, are only good for the bank quest "Worries of the Banker." The Dragon Quest used to be good to get those white and purple ponies, but you can buy them now. I'm not sure what the other rewards are, but I bet if you sold your DQs, you could afford those rewards anyhow. They sell for tons, so after you finish your Bank Quest you should NPC them. That's just my opinion.
