    The respawn time may be between 1 week to 1 month, or random, so multiple groups of people can have an opportunity, and so one faction cannot hog all the fun *coughs and stares*

    Then again, now that I mentioned it here, the chances that you will find this very iron mine have decreased a fair bit.

    Ehh I'm sure it'll be back after maintenance tonight.

    All rare pets, WB's and mini wb's are there when the server is back up (or with some fixed delay) and I see no reason why harpy would be different from those.
