no charms but 1 cheap ground and flying mount or are charms so important I shouldn't bother and are Mp pots unatainable? or hard to get?

    yes it's possible

    me am proof of it lols...
    me use no charms have only 1 ground mount and a basic fly sword.

    MP pots are ridiculously easy to get.
    just buy event pots if your a wizard.

    Dont buy ground mount, and you get a free flying one at level 30. Do not waste your money if you want to go cheap. You do not need charms, they are just a nicety that makes life easier. Learn how to play without them, and once you get high level and chose to use one, you will be that much better and make it last much longer.
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

    that ground mount is just to get some mats faster and get from quest area to quest area.

    Ground mounts are useless if you want to go across the map.

    there always be mountains with vertical slopes or lakes/rivers in the way.

    i dont remember getting free ground mount at level 30 .. we get slow flying mount for free at level 30 ...


    u can use your ingame coins later to buy gold from other player if needed but it expensive

    Wow, you can afford a ground mount :O

    Currently, I'm pretty poor (because I'm an idiot and decided to gamble). Even when I'de hit 5.8 million though I still used my wave pacer (the free one you get at level 30). I find it works fine. I just tele to the big cities and fly from there. Ground mounts are fast but you can live without them. Also, if your good at making money you can get a fast flying mount, which is ALOT more useful. I still haven't used any charms other than the ones from supply stash.

    Thanks, I corrected my post to say free flying mount. Not a ground mount.

    it really depend on your class as
    -wf nuker dont need it at all
    -barb will need hp charm for tanking hardcore boss easyer
    -wizard will need mp charm to be able to stay long enough on long fight
    -bm will probably need hp charm on aoe boss so ep can stay on barb healing
    -ea dont really need hp charm if they are not agro puller
    -ep will probably want both hp/mp charm to stay alive and keep healing tank


    if u are on pvp server be sure almost everyone run around with hp charm
    *before 1 year pak u was able to farm your money and get 1 charm per week (it enough) but now it much more complicated

    I got max speed aerogear, max speed ground mount and fairly good equipment. Never used RL money.

    Event hp and mp pots are better than charms as you decide when to take them (last longer) and they are cheaper.

    Earning money is easy in this game b:pleased

    Personally, playing the game with minimal resources is possible.
    My characters have aerogears to make traveling faster and I love it, but the basic ones work too (it just goes at a snail's pace ^^).

    I never bought any land mounts and seeing people harvest with them tick me off a bit (I always laugh when I see ones farming with a mount such as a nienbeast for low mats) but oh well.

    As for potions, charms and apothecary remedies, I try to not rely on them, except for emergency cases. How do I do then? It's easy. I bought or found HP or MP recovery equipment and those are treasures to me (ranks second to channelling imo). They are still useful, even when outdated.

    Finally, for money-making, it is easy... You either farm for materials (harvest, bully mobs) or if you are the patient one, open a catshop to buy and sell... Though for the latter I prefer not to do it. Letting my computer turn for hours while I afk, or waste gaming potential, no thanks. b:laugh

    I'll tell u this, I have two Platinum Charms, both HP, if u have the "Cash" to buy them, life comes easy and quick. I played w/o them and notice I can do multiple quests in half the time with them, so ur choice!
