Video Problem

I have a friend who's video setting is not letting her see every other player as unique individuals, everyone to her has brown hair and a standard face. I have corrected this before in someone else's video settings. But for some reason I can't find that setting again? Please let me know how to correct this.

Friends video card is a NVIDIA GeForce.

    On the system options menu, under one of the tabs, there is an option to proxy visuals, uncheck that and it should work XD
    >_< I'm a wizard in disguise... you know like the old cartoon... except with less robots and more fire/ice/rocks....
