ranged mob fighting idea

I got to thinking today , "hmm dont ranged mobs do 1/2 dmg up close". I wonder if wizzies could blink to get close to them like how wizzies can bum-rush archers. I havn't tested this but it was just a random idea thought I would share and see what u guys thought.b:laugh

I think it's been done... and is being done XD>_< I'm a wizard in disguise... you know like the old cartoon... except with less robots and more fire/ice/rocks....0

They run away.
Though it works on towers in the swamp. They are static and archer, if you blink on top of them, you half the're dmg9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm not crazy... the 10th is singing the music of tetris0 -

It's somewhat situational also, as it's dependent on being able to move close enough without causing an additional mob or 2 to attack, which isn't always possible.0

Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.

me tried dropping right on top of them and even about 2 steps away in front of them .....
and died...both times
seemed like they were doing FULL damage to me.

me got past by staying far but close enough to get me underleveled GS off.
and used sutra combos. Then later squading up lols

Do they still hurt like Hell? yes0 -
Like its been said, its kinda situational. You dont want to shrink in and end up with 2-3 more mobs agroed on you.
An for the most part whatever build we have we still have low hp, and ranged physical mobs...(archer types)...>_< are still gonna do dmg.
Ive personally pretty much always kited ranged mobs, an not try to get hit at all if i can...maybe distance shrinking to get close to finish it.0
