Issues with cards

So I went to 7/11 today to get some cards for my bulbfish. This would have been the 3rd time i had purchased prepaid PW cards from the same location. I get 5 of them and take them home. None of them work. All pins are invalid. I take them back and exchange for 5 others. Same thing. So I WALKED back a 3rd time and they can only return 3 of the cards as 2 are "no good" so they effectively stole $20 from me and told me to come back tomorrow to see the manager who was there for the first return.

This kind of BS happen to anyone else?

I'm also screwed out of my bulbfish QQ

    Someone at that store is pre-reading the card numbers & using them. Whether its an employee or sneaky customer i dunno, but it sounds like they're already used.

    No no no, please do not make these assumptions and state them as fact. This error is rare and a handful of people on Saturday experienced this issue. Just email the billing department any information you have and we can start the troubleshooting process. Please please refrain from accusations of this nature because the likelihood of your statement happening to our company is negligible.

    i went back today and after 30 min they acknowledged that one of the two cards i had was indeed bought there by me like I said an dmy receipt proves and gave me $10 back. The last card however, whose pin number I had written down, they refuse to take back as it doesn't match either receipt.

    This issue happened on SUNDAY not Saturday, and they were kind enough to give me back the useless piece of plastic and challenged me to bring the police.

    I would prefer the media, I think the headline "convienience store robs customer" would get people's attention.

    I'll try the email tho because it would be nice to actually get the 10 gold I paid for.

    I just sent a ticket. I still have the receipt and the card in question

    I have bought several cards, and all have worked, however, the most recent card I have tried didn't work. First, a message told me an error had occured, and when I tried again, and the web site said that the card had been redeemed, so I checked 'my wallet' but it said "0 Zen". I still haven't gotton my zen, but I have the card and receipt. I also had two other cards that worked fine the same day.

    I know why xP dunno if you figured it out or not lol but i bought a few cards n they didnt work, look at recepit, when i looked at mine it said 3 hours till activation xP

    so you gotta wait for a certain amount of time till they activate them lol b:laugh b:victory hope this helps.
